This is one of the biggest customers facing application used by agents across the globe at almost all the airports. It took us 4 years to build it and deploy to all workstation worldwide. Critical aspect of the project was migration of the backend and changing the entire user experience for the agent who were handling the customers on daily basis. Agents were over helmed by the experience of the application because of its very intuitiveness and user-friendly use of the different aspect from customer management, travel documents, special services on customer side and Flight management seat-map on the flight side.
Above the Wing App
Designed a complete different user experience of the application. Agents at the airport were overhelmend by the output of the application and loved to work with this new experience.
