Web and Mobile
This is one of the biggest customers facing application used by agents across the globe at almost all the airports. It took us 4 years to build it and deploy to all workstation worldwide. Critical aspect of the project was migration of the backend and changing the entire user experience for the agent who were handling the customers on daily basis. Agents were over helmed by the experience of the application because of its very intuitiveness and user-friendly use of the different aspect from customer management, travel documents special services on customer side and Flight management seat-map on the flight side.
Above the Wing App
We wanted to give Delta agents the opportunity to serve customers in the moment. That required moving the systems from behind the counter into the palm of agents’ hands. We understood the kinds of problems agents must solve and designed a mobile solution that would enable them to check in, rebook, and service customers through one interface. Our user-centered design approach was quick to learn, making greater automation and quick access to information a reality. This project helped in winning over the confidence of a new leadership team and built a solid relationship with the business. .
